 Gruss vom Krampus!

Meet Lady Krampus!

The Krampus is a horned figure , popular in European folklore, who during the Christmas season scares children who have misbehaved - and this year naughty men!

Assisting Saint Nicholas, the pair visit children on the night of 5 December, with Saint Nicholas rewarding the well-behaved children with modest gifts such as oranges, dried fruit, walnuts and chocolate, while the badly behaved ones only receive punishment from Krampus with birch rods.

Sounds very heavy metal to us!

Candle Care

DON’T UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF THE FIRST BURN! To get the best fragrance throw and prevent tunneling you need to burn your candle until you have an even melted pool across the surface. This means you need to burn it for about 3 to 4 hours - a good point of reference is burn one hour for each inch of the diameter of the candle. Doing this will give you the maximum burn time and the best fragrance.

  1. TRIM YOUR WICK! Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4” at all times (cotton wicks only). Need wick trimmers? Get them here. For best results trim your wick before lighting your candle to prevent debris from falling into the melted wax.
  2. BE SAFE! Never leave your candle unattended and always burn it on a heat resistant surface away from flammable objects
