IS IT REALLY ALL LIMITED EDITION?

Each Evoke Candle collection is a limited run--this way, we get to bring you more scents and designs each season! We'll be releasing new collections regularly, plus a few super exclusive special editions--stay tuned!   

FRAGRANCE OIL vs. ESSENTIAL OIL

While we love essential oils most are not made to work with candle wax and can become toxic when you burn your candle due to the heat caused by the flame. Instead Evoke Candle Co. candles are scented with fragrance oils that follow IFRA standards to assure the fragrances are safe for their intended  use. Our fragrances are also Phthalate free!

DO YOU USE LEAD FREE WICKS?

Yes we do. We only use lead free organic cotton or lead free wood wicks in all of our candles. 

WHAT KIND OF WAX DO YOU USE?

We use 100% soy or a coconut blend wax. We list the wax type in the about section on each individual candle page.

CAN I RECYCLE YOUR SHIPPING MATERIALS?

YES!  Our mascot Primrose demands we make positive contribution to our environment. We always do our best to use post consumer recycled packing materials so that you can continue the trend and recycle your boxes and packaging as well. 

SHIPPING

Evoke Candle Co. ships all packages within the United States of America via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Internationally Evoke Candle Co ships via the United States Postal Service and or UPS as appropriate by individual countries.  We ship all domestic and international orders on Monday and Thursday. During busier times we will ship daily to accommodate our customers. A notice will be posted on the website during these times.

RETURNS

We hope you never want or need to return a purchase but if you have no choice here are a few tips to help make sure your return is processed smoothly:

Please email customer service for your return authorization number within 7 days of receiving your order  hello@evokecandleco.com

  • All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be sent back within 15 days  of the delivery date.
  • Evoke Candle Co does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item.
  • Sale items are subject to final sale and are not eligible for returns.
